I apologize for writing this, it is really not my style.... I bought my Doona last sept, it was not cheap, but after much thought I decided to go for it as it would definitely be quite convenient... The stroller was not the quality i expected for the price I paid and the handle went out of shape around two months later, the stroller couldn't be folded. I put in several claims and got nowhere until I had to go ahead and make the purchase on my own as I wanted for my upcoming vacation flights. Please please upgrade your customer service because the service I expected was why I bought the orig Doona I could barely afford and some cheap knock off that was available at that time. Thank you
Thank you for sharing your feedback about your recent experience with Doona Customer Support, we appreciate it. Please be aware that the Doona warranty does not cover damage. Fortunately, most parts on the Doona Car Seat can be replaced, so that when something does happen, you can easily change out an individual part when needed.
Works great, easy to assemble, just wished it came with new Doona covers mine got scuffed would have loved to replace them too
