Order Process

1. After placing an order through our shop, you will receive an order confirmation email with the following information: the items ordered, shipping address, the payment method, and your contact details.

2. Please check your order confirmation and make sure that all details are correct. If you need to change any detail or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible by replying to the order confirmation e-mail.

3. As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a shipment tracking number.

4. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as in your shipping confirmation.
